As Managing Director of Human Performance Limited - a generalist HR consultancy, he focuses on improving business performance through maximising an employers human performance. James has worked with National and International Companies in designing developmental training, personnel and recruitment solutions aimed at enabling employees to deliver against corporate objectives and add real value to their organisations performance.
Between 1995 and 2002, he was Head of Human Resources for a National Retailer with 1200 outlets and in excess of 12,000 employees. James has great experience and success at managing change and empowering employees to quickly contribute to the organisations development and success.
